100 Greatest Guitar Solos

I've just stumbled upon a very interesting site related to the best guitarist in recent history. I have pasted the text below.

Click on links for more details.

100 Greatest Guitar Solos

http://guitar.about.com/library/bl100greatest.htm

“Every guitarist has opinions on what some of the greatest recorded guitar solos are. While there are many that are commonly regarded as "great", there are lots of others that don't get as much attention. Not too long ago, the editors of the fabulous Guitar World magazine (which I highly recommend) put together a reader's poll, to find out what their readers considered to be the best guitar solos of all time. The results surely reflected the magazine's demographic (the results excluded jazz solos, amongst many other types of music), but no one could argue the 100 selections boasted some great guitar work. What follows is the list of all 100 songs selected, accompanied by the guitarist who played the solo.”
